Create user roles

When you get access as an administrator, you need to set up access to information from the whistleblower system for the company’s case officer. There will typically be an independent reporting channel with expertise in handling all types of reports. The administrator must then create a single shared access for employees in the company.

Implementation in the organisation

Once the user roles have been created, the whistleblower scheme must be implemented in the organisation’s internal processes. The staff handbook needs to be updated, links to the system need to be shared on the intranet and everyone in the company needs to be informed about the new scheme.

Case management

When a case is received, both the administrator and the case manager are notified by the system, and a screening process can begin. In the case management, communication between case manager and whistleblower can be 100% anonymous.

Admin

As an admin in our system, you create logins for the case officer and the whistleblower part.

Whistleblower

If you have something to report, it is done through a common login for the whole company, after which you get your own case number for subsequent follow-up.

Contact person:

The selected case officer in the company receives their own login, where they can see all incoming alerts. Furthermore, the case officer can continue the conversation with the whistleblower, if further information or feedback is needed.

We use simulated cyber attack against our whistleblowersystem to check for any exploitable vulnerabilities
