Customer registration

Dear partner

Once you have made an agreement with one of your customers to use our whistleblowing system, fill in and confirm the order below and we will take care of all the technicalities of setting up your customer in the system.

Once we have created your customer, we will let you know. All you have to do from then on is:

1) To create a personalised password for each adviser login you have chosen. You will receive an email with a link to create a password on the email address you have provided as adviser login (only once per email address if the same email address is used as adviser login subsequently for other customers of yours).

2) To inform your customer about how to make whistleblowing reports (we will inform you once we have set up the customer). As an adviser to your customer, you log in to with the chosen adviser login and the personal password you have created.

We create a unique link for your customer, which gives the customer direct access to make whistleblower reports. The link can easily be used as a button on the customer's website, just as it can be included in the customer's personnel handbook and in the customer's whistleblower policy.

Advisor logins:

You can choose several different advisor logins if you wish. Eg. you may wish to have an advisor login for both yourself and several colleagues if you act as advisor for the customer together.
